Dillon’s love for floral design is home-grown…
Watching his mom create arrangements in the kitchen, he often convinced her to let him help. A California native, Dillon joined the team as COO and Design Director at ASD in 2020, making the move to New York at the height of the pandemic.
Though the timing may have seemed dubious at first, this too turned out to be a great plan. Merging production chops with his fluency in florals, Dillon has strengthened the team at ASD with his knack for planning and organization and unique approach to design.
From planning international weddings to touring national product launch campaigns, Dillon knows how to run a tight ship with grace and panache. He’s been confidently producing events that are always on time, stay within the budget, and leave everybody smiling for over 10 years. A natural organizer, Dillon started his first wedding planning company before completing his degree in Hospitality Management from California State Polytechnic University of Pomona. Expanding his roster, he quickly began managing large productions with celebrity planners as well as event campaigns with experiential marketing agencies.
